When I reached the counter, I politely asked if there was any offer available. Instead of answering properly, your staff member sarcastically replied, “Offer Belgium mein milega.” When I said, “Matlab galat aa gaye yaha?”, he rudely responded, “Boliyega karna hai to boliye,” in a very disrespectful tone. After that, the shake prepared was extremely bad in taste. The staff did not even ask whether I wanted it with ice cream or without ice cream. When I mentioned that we usually drink the ice cream version, he replied rudely, “Blind hoti hai , dikhegi nahi?” which was completely unacceptable behavior towards a customer.
