Kfc is available everywhere in the country and I have been to many of them, but to be honest this KFC was really nice and well maintained. The quality and quantity of chicken and the way the staffs helped in choosing the right item. the ambience is outstanding.

Completely incompetent staff that cannot even do a basic check before handing order over to the delivery person, there is often missing items in the order and the customer is left dealing with the pathetic customer support of Zomato or Swiggy to make a case for refund. Close the outlet if you cannot do basic stuff like double checking the order before handing it over to the delivery person. And stop charging packaging fee if you can't pack the order including the soft drinks in a single pack.
