It is one of the best place to eat different varieties of chicken. If you want to have some hard drink they go very well with the existing Indian Culture. The prices are also reasonable if you spend around Rs.500/-PP it is enough and you don't feel like eating dinner there after. The only major problem is that at times there is too much of oil in all the chicken varieties which is not to the taste of many people.

I was wrong when few days ago, I made a claim on Zomato that KFC is back in business, because it isn't. I ordered a KFC combo whoch consisted of Boneless Strips, Fried Chicken and Chicken popcorn. Let me begin my trail of disappointment: Boneless Strips- Bland Taste. It felt like I was hogging on something boiled chicken that somehow had a crispy layer. No tastes, no spices. Fried Chicken- Worst food in the KFC menu. Really. Bland chicken, almost stale. Chocolate cookie was fresh. Chicken Popcorn- Had some taste but was over fried. A slight miss and it would have got burnt. Overall, a total waste of money that could have otherwise been utilized in Al Baike outlets with double the quatity and quality of food. I would give KFC a 1.5/5, only for brand sake.

I had ordered via kfc app and it was a prepaid order but the delivery agent collected cash as well at my house because I was in another city and forgot to inform at home because I didn't think kfc would cheat like that. They are telling me that they don't have any information about the delivery agent. If kfc can't handle delivery services then why offer those services at all.

Quantity was very much low not at all satisfied with quantity,infact the quantity was not even for one person such a low quantity with high price

I ordered zinger burger with pork stuffing in it instead chicken and mingles bucket was raw, hard and cold too. Worst experience I had with it.

The chicken in the burger was so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it. It even smelled and the bun was stale. Very disappointed.
