services are poor, orders were wrongly served. 1. Ordered Paneer Manchurian gave Veg Manchurian. 2. No raita or mint chutney was given with the biryani; they said, 'We don't give accompaniments. 3. So we ordered mix veg raita , then they gave curd with salt and red chilli with no vegetables in it. which they said was for 130 and charged 210 for it. So would not recommended this place to anyone

Save your money & time by not going here !!! I went here today as Kool break has been in past amongst iconic places in Lucknow. We ordered Veg Noodles and Veg Manchurian which is supposed to be the basics of a Chinese restaurant and going wrong in these dishes is absolutely criminal. The Veg noodles that were served was completely bland, chewy, had a typical boiled taste without any veggies or anything which could make it taste better. The Manchurian on the other hand was stiff and very chewy and Bakwass totally. The ambience was also not good, i could see sofas with messed up covers, dining mats having prominent stains etc. All in all a bad experience and iam not returning here again. I hope I don't fall ill with the little food i consumed here. My suggestion would be to totally avoid this place !!!

Very disappointing experience at Kool Break. Table booking was for 9:30 PM but food arrived around 11:30 PM after almost 2 hours of waiting. Even after repeated reminders at the counter, there was no proper response. Meanwhile, customers who came later were getting their food earlier. Service management was poor and the overall experience completely spoiled our outing. Hope they improve customer handling and order management.”

Yesterday only i visited kool break with my family trusting that they serve good quality food and we ordered chilli paneer with noodles.. Chilli paneer was totally bland in taste without any spices and sauces, not even salt... Same with the noodles it was very basic, no taste no salt... After coming back home we got stomach ache. Very disappointed with kool break this time.

Food pathetic service pathetic i went to this place with family soup was pathetic no taste starters were cold service was pathetic i only need to standup and serve to my family because i hosted the dinner if you ask waiter to get you glass or cutlery they were not listening to you. I am not sure how this restaurant survives in hazratganj. Not recommended

About an hour and a half after the ordered was served. One item was served. We finished that and the remaining was served after an hour and after reminding the staff many times about it. The food served (Noodles) was just lukewarm. It was left uneaten. Had to give 1 star because no option below it. Totally dissatisfied.

The restaurant lacked basic hygine. There was a hair found in the soup I ordered, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The food was overly salty and poorly prepared. Overall customer experience was below standard which completely ruined the dinner.

worst service and hospitality they dont know how to name their Dishes if you order crispy chicken you will get mini sandwich chicken with paneer in it and if you order chicken crispy balls you will get chilly chicken dry and much more spicier. i hate it

Very bad experience, Food was too bad also. Mere pas order 1 ghnte mein aya. Waste of money.
