Food pathetic service pathetic i went to this place with family soup was pathetic no taste starters were cold service was pathetic i only need to standup and serve to my family because i hosted the dinner if you ask waiter to get you glass or cutlery they were not listening to you. I am not sure how this restaurant survives in hazratganj. Not recommended

we asked for the takeout of a few things but when we got home, saw one dish was missing, and it was the only one we usually dine in kool break

services are poor, orders were wrongly served. 1. Ordered Paneer Manchurian gave Veg Manchurian. 2. No raita or mint chutney was given with the biryani; they said, 'We don't give accompaniments. 3. So we ordered mix veg raita , then they gave curd with salt and red chilli with no vegetables in it. which they said was for 130 and charged 210 for it. So would not recommended this place to anyone

worst service and hospitality they dont know how to name their Dishes if you order crispy chicken you will get mini sandwich chicken with paneer in it and if you order chicken crispy balls you will get chilly chicken dry and much more spicier. i hate it

The restaurant lacked basic hygine. There was a hair found in the soup I ordered, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The food was overly salty and poorly prepared. Overall customer experience was below standard which completely ruined the dinner.

Yesterday only i visited kool break with my family trusting that they serve good quality food and we ordered chilli paneer with noodles.. Chilli paneer was totally bland in taste without any spices and sauces, not even salt... Same with the noodles it was very basic, no taste no salt... After coming back home we got stomach ache. Very disappointed with kool break this time.

We had an amazing evening at Kool Break Restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was expertly prepared, and we enjoyed every bite. It was truly a memorable dining experience!
