We recently visited Renaissance L-14 Restaurant with our family to celebrate my wife's birthday and enjoyed their lunch buffet. The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, with excellent taste and quality throughout. The restaurant maintained high standards of hygiene, and the ambience was elegant, warm, and welcoming, making the occasion even more special. A heartfelt appreciation to Rakesh, Sharif, and Amiksha for their exceptional hospitality and attentive service. Their professionalism and genuine care added a personal touch to our celebration. We were also pleasantly surprised when the team presented a complimentary birthday cake for my wife, a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasions.

We went there for a buffet lunch however the buffet spread was missing and we thought we will be disappointed! However the staff , especially Mr Rakesh ensured that we are well taken care of and everything that we wanted to eat is served. Went out of the way to get a pizza for our girl when it was not in the set menu ! Overall a very nice experience!

A very bad experience lately at the restaurant. The quality of food and service has gone down drastically. Very disappointed and I think I can never visit the restaurant from my next visit to the city. No variety of food, cold food served despite being asked to serve hot and fresh breads. Overall we had a very uncomfortable experience.
