Happy Teej to all! On the festival of Hariyali Teej in month of Saawan the most famous mithai is Ghewar which is sold across all big and small shops around this time.Madhurima sweets near Patrakarpuram Gomti Nagar Lucknow also has put wide variety of Ghewars alongwith all other regular snacks and sweets.The shop is very neatly stacked with their bakery products as well.Alongwith the Ghewar their samosas and cream bun were tasty!!

Recently visited this place for a late lunch. Ordered Tokri Chaat, the taste was not good and the tokri was very oily. I ordered Dal and Paneer with butter rotis for main course, it took ages for our order to arrive. We had to nudge the waiter atleast 5 times before our food finally came. The dal tadka was fine but paneer was extremely oily and I didn’t like the taste at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I don't care about the dish if staff is Uncourteous and service is extremely delayed. Madhurima was once a famous restaurant but for last few years their service staff think that they are doing charity by serving food. even when u order food zomato delivery partners complain that staff is not giving them food and they wait for long. My friends and family stopped visiting them and I wish word of mouth should spread because arrogance is enough to ruin any business.

One of the worst restaurants to dine or order in lucknow who have totally spoiled their quality and service. There is a person Mr Ramji Diwedi and someone Mr Gupta beware they are fraudsters at the Gomtinagar branch. They totally misbehave and mislead you. No level of complaint and customer centricity they have. Kindly stop ordering or dining from this shitty place they have quality issue and most of the time they intentionally don’t send you what you order.

Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote, Captain ( so called) was not attending the customers, stating the sitting crowd was more. So please assign more Captains. We ordered 2 poori thalis,in which chutney etc items were missing, ordered lassi,dahi bara , tea but were told it's not available. But these items were being served on other tables after our request got rejected by the so-called Captain... Pathetic and chaotic condition of Madhurima.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the staff, particularly Adarsh. Additionally, the food was served in a very unhygienic manner, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
