The service is very poor, for two burgers the made me wait for 50mins.!! The staff was rude whenever I asked for my order they just tell you have to wait and the customer should know that 2 burgers take this much time. They said "you must come next time with atleast 1 hour waiting time" and the food was also not good. i tried few other items and it was not even acceptable according to their high prices the taste was soo bad and the presentation was also not good. I don't recommend anyone ever to visit here.!! You can try there other outlet which is in Purania, Aliganj. That outlet is way better than this one.

I have been a loyal customer of Mahalaxmi Restaurant, ordering in large quantities almost 4 times a week. Unfortunately, the standards have dropped significantly. While the prices have increased, the food quality and portion sizes have deteriorated. To make matters worse, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never order from here or visit Mahalaxmi Restaurant & Sweets again. Truly disappointing experience.

Tastelezs food with 4 star restaurant price... They use plastic cutlery which is very bad, their kadhai paneer was tasting worst and like dal fry is mixed in it.... Their were bugs and flies in all over restaurent and also on the salad they served.

everything is bad here. once I orders chilli potato very sobered taste. when ask for replacement he is saying you have to pay. manager came and we had long argue there. I put some notes there and never went back.

very poor food quality. I ordered pav bhaji and while eating it, it seemed like it was stale.
