Ordered Almond crossiant with cappuccino. Amazing taste. MUST VISIT. Loved it so much. Staff is very kind and polite.

Ofocourse the bakery is biggest in terms of space though it missed the expectation. No impressive interiors and SAVIOURIES and bakery sectuon is too small. All space is left empty. Service is very slow. Coming to food I would say menu is very limited. Taste wise aloo patty was average and loaded fries were also just ok ok. Pistachio pastry was too good. Rates are nominal.

I didn’t want to purchase a bottled water, so I requested normal drinking water. A staff member brought it, but when I tried to drink it, I couldn’t—it didn’t taste like filtered (Aqua Guard) water at all. It felt like untreated or poor-quality water. When I asked the waiter about it, he said, “Ma’am, you only get good water if you purchase it.” My question is: if a customer chooses not to buy a ₹20 bottle (which is sold for ₹80 or more in such expensive cafés), does that mean they should be served low-quality water? This experience was extremely disappointing and disturbing. Basic drinking water should meet a minimum standard, regardless of whether a customer buys bottled water or not.

The worst food experience I have ever had in Lucknow, the bakery was understaffed, and I was also willing to wait for the order, but when the exotic vegetables pizza arrived it was cold from the first bite, the vegetables were chopped in such a hurry.....as if the wanted to dump it on the customers table as soon as possible, the waiter forget the drinks....later he got it...the organges for garnish were stale, picture enclosed, not fresh juice, it was real juice with extra added sugar...I guess....serving shit in the name.of food .. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this place ever!!

Ordered salted caramel and chocolate pastry. Both of them were stale and tasted sour. Felt like it was made 4-5 days ago. Very disappointing. Should never order from this place. It can cause health issues.

The food is sad, expensive and raw. They have put the food in menu without knowing how to cook it. I ordered English breakfast, the tomatoes in it were raw

As per restaurant; they have no way to validate the amount so I do pay via my card ; very pathetic system
