I recently visited Meraki Restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The venue is really nice (9/10) and the music was great, which created a good ambiance. The food was decent (7/10), but the service was very poor (2/10). The main issue was with the manager, Vasu, whose behavior was not professional or welcoming. This really affected the overall experience. I hope the management works on improving customer service, as the place has good potential. He's all time play

Ye log itne ghatiya hai ki kuch kah nhi sakte....bill k time per jb bill aya tha wo alag tha fir inko pata laga ki mai zomato se pay karne ja rhi hu to unhone bill hi change kar diya aur extra 500 add kar diya aur yah excuse dene lage ki inhone poorana menu de diya tha, fir ye continue pressure banane lagi ki mai zomato k through pay na karu aur ye mujhe 15% off de denge..... finally jabardasti inhone mujhse pay karwaya bina zomato k....jisme meri 150 rs booking charge b miss ho gaya.....bahut hi ghatiya staff hai

I went there after two years hoping that there might have been some improvement but unfortunately had the same ad experience, place was stinking like anything, staff least bothered to welcome guest or address their issue

The food was not good, the chicken was not fresh. also they charged gst and service charges both even it is not allowed. had a bad experience.
