Excellent place. Do try their coffee. This is our ritual breakfast place where we grab a quick breakfast over a cup of hot hazelnut coffee. The staff is polite, helpful and professional. The ambience is simple but addictive.

Their cookies have my heart. And not to mention they provide the best cakes one can ask for birthday or any parties. Ambience is also great and service is fast.

Visited this place to taste their desserts. The store is good with seating & lot of packed items for sale. We tried fruit topped croissants which was ok. 2 types of baklava which tasted good. Had their pistachios pastry from the New menu which was mostly creamy & could be better. On trying hot chocolate it was very thin & light which disappointed me. Expected thick hot chocolate but this could be better in lot more ways. Overall it’s a an ok place,more variety of desserts can be introduced here.

Such a bad experience from this outlet of mr brown i used to order cakes n other foods mainly from mr brown aliganj their food and services are owsm this tym i needed to order 2 cakes of 1 kg each in gomti nagar so i made order from this outlet but the cake which i get after order is very bad in terms of look whatever i have seen in booklet n explain ,got nothing lyk that......this was my last order from ur outlet Very bad service from u guys someone was trying to make others day special but ur services ruined the plan.....

Worst pasta I have ever eaten worst staff management and worst service very tangy and salty and useless too much expensive and very bad and stale food burnt garlic bread very bad experience would never try from here again please improve

Just adding new items doesn't do justice. Total fake tiramisu you people are selling, please check the recipe once, get educated, make it with right authentic ingredients.

Their false ceiling was leaking right above the baked goods. All they care about is the money. When pointed out they didn't pay attention. Very unhygienic.
