Neelkanth Sweets,a famous sweet and snacks shop in Gomti Nagar-Lucknow has been doing brisk business since many years. They have good variety of snacks.We had khasta,Aloo samosas and Paneer pakoda. Good items!

Service was not up to the mark. Everything was like spread off. They need to work on their management and staff. Food was quite good. Food - 4.5/5 Service - 2.5/5 Ambience - 2/5

Worst experience during some last visits.The no onion garlic deluxe thali was not up to the mark and matched taste to the previous visits I had earlier.the paneer sabzi ,kofta sabzi was all prepared in cream base.. completely fake and indifferent tastes..not authentic north indian roasted gravy taste as earlier..on the name of mix veg they only served beans and carrot.after asking they replaced it with some more veggies nd paneer into it.also they took away both their curries and replaced it too with the same mix veg.and last but not the least,,sone pe suhaga..the roti part ..the size of roti is reduced to mini size and the Missi roti was too hard as if it is biscuit..again the replacement was done..So,in all the replacement, replacement and replacement was goin on ..on the table..waiter were arguing and defending their mistakes and telling us that aisa hi sabzi roti phle bhi hota tha is deluxe thali me.aur isme taste nahi hota hai quki ye bina onion garlic k hai...apne phle kuch aur khaya hoga..like seriously..they are true and we are lier...🤔 Food..third class Service and staff..rude and dominating Ambience..only chamak ..hathi k danth dikhane k kuch aur khane k kuch aur...

Worst Ghewar ever I bought kesar ghewar from your Lucknow vibhuti khand branch on 29/7/2022. I got this beautiful box of ghewar but it had warning labels missing. There was no sign or label of CHOKING HAZARD or KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Jab aapka ghewar itna kada ho to aisi warnings Deni chahiye. According to me ghewar was stale. So today I travelled 60 km From Sandila To Lucknow to return it so the branch manager told me kesar ghewar Aisa hi hota hai halwa thodi na hai jo soft hoga. Agar aapka ghewar Aisa hi hota hai to aapko banana chod dena chahiye, it'll be bad for your reputation. I got malai ghewar in exchange. Actually I find neelkanth's ghewar expensive because we are middle class people but it is also in our mentality that if a thing is expensive then it will be of better quality or it might taste superior. Relatives aane wale the Mumbai se to Lucknow ka best aur sabse expensive ghewar khilana to banta hai so that's why I preferred neelkanth over chappan bhog or radhey lal. Chalo unko sandila ke laddoo kafi pasand aaye.

The sales staff of Neelkanth have become very rude and arrogant off late. And this I have observed in my last many visits . I even made a complaint to the manager but he was also least bothered. Such behaviour in Hospitality industry is absolutely uncalled for. I think the owners should look into it.

The most pathetic papdi chat I came across. It contains 5-6 small size papdi loaded with oil filled matar paste. If one wants to have papdi chat deliver the same. Why to serve matar chat in place of papdi.

kala jaam rasgulla with sugar syrup or chasni is missing from menu, or never added. pls correct it. both given numbers r not working. totally unfair practice.

these pigs are delivering stale and infested sweets! I ordered 3 boxes of dry fruits ladoos, all are expired and being eaten by worms!
