I loved the food and atmosphere at new lucknow kitchen. Their chaap section is very good. For malai soya chaap i will give 10/10, oreo shake with ice cream 10/10. Will visit again.

Everything was excellent, Mr. Yadav attended us with a smile and help us for customization of some food. Mr. Sumit was also very cooperative.

I ordered Chef Special Veg Noodles and it was yummy but on beverage and sweets part, I wanted to have chocolate brownie but it was not available, then I ordered Fresh Lime Soda without Ice bcz it is March... it was very bad. Tasted like a normal lemon water. Rest the place is good and the staff is polite. Food is good here.

They operate fraudulently. When you enter the restaurant, the staff first ask whether you have booked a table through any app. If you say yes, they hand you a different menu with noticeably higher prices compared to the one given to walk-in customers. During my last visit, I initially said I had no booking, and they gave me the regular menu. Later, when I recalled that I had actually booked, I informed them, and immediately they replaced it with the inflated-price menu. When I questioned the staff, the waiter replied that he was “just a worker” and that these rules were set by the owner.

इनकी थाली जब भी मंगाई है बिल्कुल थर्ड क्लास क्वालिटी की भेजते हैं। आज तो इन्होंने हद ही कर दी दाल मखनी जली हुई भेजी थी उसमें नमक भी नहीं था एकदम ठंडी थी पनीर में नमक ज्यादा था चावल कच्चे थे शर्म आनी चाहिए इनको ऐसा खाना भेजते हुए

one of the worst dum biryani I ever has in my whole life. it looked n taste like boiled rice n chicken ,no flavours at all . After that I ordered malai methi corn ,that was even worst ,starch mixed with corn was served service and taste both were pathetic ,better avoid ordering this restaurant. Street side vendors serve better food than them.

I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the menu when I paid through the District app and was told that the extra price would have to be paid if I paid through District App.

TASTE WAS NOT GOOD OF ANY ITEM THEY SERVED. The main course was the worst.
