I visited BBD Fortune on 1st January’25 and being served by Mr. Asif. We ordered paneer makhani, mix veg, and yellow dal, and the taste was absolutely exceptional. Mr. Asif’s service stood out for being attentive and friendly. He carefully listened to our instructions and ensured the food was prepared and served exactly as we requested. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent service and delicious food.

First thing, this is the best restaurant in terms of hospitality. All the restaurant staff is very friendly and provides the best service to their customers. The food quality is awesome and one can find the best Lucknowi food here.

I had the grilled jumbo prawns with pilaf rice and a new york cheesecake. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is really polite and eager to help. A really good experience overall.

Orchid restaurant @Fortune Hotel Jopling Road is a fine dine restaurant for in house hotel guests as well as open to outside diners as well. We went in group for weekend lunch to this restaurant which serves both Indian as well as Continental stuff. This time we all wanted to have Continental stuff and particularly the grill platters.We ordered Grilled chicken,Grilled Paneer and Grilled Fish platters. The food was good and the chicken platter stood out with mashed potatoes and dip. The Grilled paneer was slightly bland and required some extra salt and black pepper as per our taste, though cooked well. The meal was washed with peach ice tea. A hearty meal!

My experience at Orchid left much to be desired in terms of the food quality. Sadly, the dishes fell short of expectations, lacking the flavors and finesse I had hoped for. While the service was well-intentioned, it struggled to compensate for the underwhelming culinary experience. It's disheartening when a restaurant doesn't live up to its potential, and I hope Orchid takes this feedback constructively to improve their offerings.

Went there for our first anniversary celebration and had a buffet there.Food was extremely average and way below standards expected from a reputed branded hotel.Food was too oily and some items appeared to lack freshness.Desserts were absolutely horrible and lacked any taste.They better need to improve cause such food is certainly not worth the price.

I visited there on 28 with 7 family members. we are vegetarian and thus ordered same. but food was stale....gravies of vegetables were cold in this season. service were slow even we waited 25 min for veg Biryani...which was made by half cooked rice. my experience was horrible....suggest not to visit place...not means not

highly disappointed with the buffet menu..we have opted for a veg menu and it has only 2 veg starter options.food quality is not good.too oily.Absolutely nothing for kids...not a kid friendly menu.
