From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the stage for what turned out to be a truly memorable meal. ​The Service: A Personal Touch ​What truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Satyam. It is rare to find someone so attentive and knowledgeable. We decided to place our full trust in Satyam for our order recommendations, and he did not disappoint. Every suggestion he made was spot-on, demonstrating a deep understanding of the menu and a genuine passion for hospitality. ​The Main Course: A Feast of Flavors ​We started with a spread that was as diverse as it was delicious: ​Mandi Mutton Biryani: The star of the show. The mutton was incredibly tender, falling off the bone, and the rice was perfectly seasoned with that signature Mandi aroma. ​Seafood Selection: The Prawns and Fish were cooked to perfection—fresh, succulent, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that Pista House prioritizes high-quality ingredients. ​Drinks: Our meal was accompanied by refreshing drinks that served as the perfect palate cleansers between the rich courses. ​The Grand Finale: Desserts ​We rounded off the night with two distinct desserts: ​Apricot Delight: Rich, decadent, and deeply satisfying. ​Fruit Salad: A lighter, vibrant contrast that provided a fresh finish to a heavy meal. ​Final Verdict ​Pista House Lucknow delivers an all-rounder experience. This restaurant is centrally located in Lucknow and offers a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The cleanliness is well maintained, service is quick, and the food quality is excellent. We tried the dum ka mutton, chicken tandoori , and tandoori roti—all of which were delicious. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great value for money overall.

this was my third visit at pista house and they never disappoint me ... it was a great experience the food was delicious and the staffs were very polite. it's must go to place with your friends and family. will definitely visit again soon.

Food is great, service is phenomenal. They will ask you to serve you food very promptly. They do also have a high chair for toddlers. Valet parking is like cherry on the cake as location Lalbagh being the busiest in old lucknow. I wanted to give 5 star. However, my mother is a vegetarian and they served chicken sweet corn soup. Later, they got experienced person on our table and he was very hospitable and really apologetic from inside for serving chicken to my mother being vegetarian. Suggestion :- Just have a rigorous training for your new staff for new such instances with the guests.

food and service needs to be improved and also the quantity of the food is really less and does not justify the price at all. they need to reduce the price or increase the quantity at least.

I recently visited Pista House and had a mixed experience. The ambiance is quite nice and comfortable, making it a good place to sit and dine. However, the food was average and did not match the expectations set by the setting. One major issue was with the tandoori roti. It is priced at ₹39 but is very small in size. While the price could be acceptable if the service was smooth, that wasn’t the case. The first 3 rotis were served along with the gravy, but the next batch arrived after around 35 minutes, which is simply not acceptable. By then, the gravy had already turned cold, ruining the overall experience. What made it worse was that no one even offered to reheat the food. At a restaurant of this standard, at the very least there should be an apology and a quick effort to fix the issue. Unfortunately, there was no such concern shown, which made it feel like they simply don’t care about the customer experience. The service and hospitality were disappointing. I had to ask the manager 2–3 times about the delay, but he seemed unaware and unable to help. On top of that, a large portion of the menu was not available, which further limited the options. Overall, despite a good ambiance, the poor service, long delays, and lack of basic customer care made it a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place based on my visit.

worst service, didnot allow payment through zomato although it was reflecting on Zomato....staff servic was poor....very poor management of only on dish served at one floor... people keep roaming for different dishes on different floor.....worst experience

worst service... do kauli ka restaurant.. zafrani chai ghatiya hai.. pizza ka koi swaad hi nhi bekar... bakwas khaana.. i don't want to come go that pista house restaurant again.... 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
