Absolutely amazing experience at the Saffron Sanctuary!! About the food - we ordered a few chinese starters. I can say the BEST spring rolls I have ever had.. perfectly crispy. The other items were also prepared with great care and tasted so good. The veg keema sliders were very very innovative and yummy, and was honestly the highlight of our visit. For the maincourse, don't miss their white sauce pasta - too too good! The pizza was served fresh and hot. On the service and Ambience - the ambience is pretty good for a gathering with both friends and family. The staff is quick to respond and even checks in to see what the guests need from time to time, without intruding your conversations. Very polite and professional service. all in all had a great experience with yummy food, definitely coming back again!

Yesterday i had ordered paper masala dosa from this place. Dosa was perfectly cooked. The packaging was eye catching. The masala aloo were provided separately with dosa which made dosa really crispy. I overall had a very good experience over here.

Amazing experience, was doubtful of going since low rating on Zomato. But the food was amazing, service was smooth and the delivery was fast. It wasn't too expensive as well. Amazing experience

Went to Ritzz @ Eldeco tower-Gomti nagar few days ago(now they have recently updated it to Saffron Sanctuary by Ritzz)! Have been a big patron of Ritzz Mahanagar and Sapru Marg since childhood so while crossing the area also tried snacks there. The stuff,mithai and namkeen were nicely stacked.The sandwich which we ordered however was average in taste.The pizza was decent! Now with rebranding and new menu,will be able to comment after another visit!

Its location nearby to many offices makes it a convenient place for small office parties. The food is good, ambience is just ok, staff is a little slow. but an average family restaurant vibes is what u would surely feel when u enter this place along with the good food ofcourse.

The experience today was really bad.Whatever food was served was cold inspite of waiting for long.Something that we asked for though was available was told that is not currently not available.Inspite of bringing the fact to light that the food served is cold,no rectification was done.And even the taste of the food was not that great.

Worst service and food quality has become unacceptable. Very low on standards. We gave instructions at billing counter as well as cooking station infront of the manager. Despite that we got the worst food ever. Please do not visit Ritz Gomtinagar. Complete waste of time and money, they are not serious about their job.

If you want to taste the food of ritzz, visit mahanagar, the Gomti Nagar outlet is not the one would want to experience. Staff is very rude, they don't corporate. In my experience, my help was asked to leave the table because there were people waiting even after ordering and there many small insects all over the place

1)Worst ambience - No proper hygiene and AC not working. Waiter did not place table fans even after reminding. 2) Over expensive not worth it 3) Waitors do not co-operate and listen 4) Don't waste your hard earned money.

Worst experience ever. Worst service n no professionalism. Will not recommend it to anyone. At end they presented me wrong bill ( an amount raised ) So beware of it too
