Great food! Buffet was absolutely amazing, lots of options. Servers are very polite, really loved the live coffee station. The aura of the evening was a class apart, although it didn’t go with the live music (which was great, kudos to the team) but personally speaking a bit loud and didn’t go along with the slow vibe of the evening.

We visited Rocca at Hyatt Regency Lucknow for a birthday celebration with a group of 12 people. The ambience and location are quite pleasant, and during our visit the Christmas decor added a nice festive touch. They were also serving red wine and hot chocolate, which suited the seasonal setting well. Valet parking was available, which made things convenient. The food was genuinely good, and there is nothing to complain about in terms of taste or quality. However, the service timing was an issue. Even the starters took around 35 minutes to arrive, which felt quite long, especially when we were expecting at least the soups to be served earlier. While the food did redeem the wait, a faster start would have made the experience better. One clear disappointment was the hot chocolate. What was served felt more like milk mixed with chocolate powder rather than a proper hot chocolate, and this is an area where there is definite scope for improvement. Another major concern was service staffing. Despite having a 12-seater table booked in advance, only one server was assigned to our table. The staff member was clearly overworked, which led to slow service throughout the meal. For a group of this size, having two or three servers would have been more appropriate and would have improved the overall experience for both guests and staff. We ordered tomato basil soup, mushroom starters, heeng matar ki tikki, lehsuni mirchi ka paneer tikka, aloo bhi di ki gharonda sabji, diwani handi lazeez, arhar dal tadka, dal makhani, bhuna pyaaz kaju pulao, laccha paratha, aloo stuffed kulcha, tandoori roti, and cucumber mint raita. Overall, the ambience, location, and food quality work in Rocca’s favor, but delays in service, understaffing for large groups, and the poorly executed hot chocolate brought the experience down. With better service management, this could be a much stronger dining destination.

we took the buffet. the service was almost negligible. we had to ask for bottles to be brought, finger bowls were absent till we didn't ask about them, even then it too a amount of time for them to come. I have had good food at Rocca, but today was extremely average. food was oily. and extremely average in taste. not expected of rocca
