there are realy nice food items but I think the beverages have to be improved! the cold coffee was biter and the strawberry shake was too sweet

Tried the famous basket chaat at Royal Café, Hazratganj—and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The basket itself was broken and soggy, which completely ruined the presentation. Instead of a crisp, well-assembled dish, it felt like a messy mix—almost like everything had turned into a khichdi. The ingredients were very basic and didn’t taste anything special or worth the hype. Considering how popular this place is for this dish, I expected much better quality and execution. Definitely not something I’d recommend based on this experience.

The food they served today that was there best food i.e Butter chicken They gave such a light gravy with no taste Charged fully but was pathetic It was tasting like a gravy filled with water very bad very poor taste Not expected from royal cafe But it was pathetic with bad taste Will now not recommend anyone to have to have butter chicken in royal cafe Worst butter chicken

Pathetic Behaviour of the Staff Food also isn't that great, if you want to spoil your evening experience then go here manager is very rude , no regard for senior citizen family or army personnel at this location

I ordered pav bhaji and the quality of bhaji was not as expected. Bhaji was without any vegetables and only gravy was present. When i told the staff about bhaji, they just smiled and said "ye aisi hi hoti hai". Y

Had chicken lababdar….its been 2 days now and our stomachs are still upset since then.…the dish did not taste fresh…and had so much artificial color in it and the cost for it? 800? Not worth 400 also

Horrible place. Over hyped. We ordered so many items, nothing worth mentioning. They charge different prices at the counter and at the table. This is cheating
