Ordered hot coffee and chicken rara paratha combo. The gravy of the rara was ok but the chicken pieces were ancient pieces of tandoori chicken, reheated so many times that they resembled pieces of wood. Threw away. The coffee was luke warm sweet milk with a touch of coffee flavor. Staff were apologetic and polite. But since other customers were also complaining about the food served to them, it seems something is seriously wrong with this place. Environs were shabby and depressing although I don't think it is the fault of the resto but the fault of the station authorities. Since Gomtinagar is chock-a-block with restaurants of all budgets, this won't survive long in the current scenario.

They dont just serve food or fries, they also serve flies. Absolutely disgusted with their hygiene and with their humility. The person who answered the phone, he can definitely set an example for the worst servicemen who has absolutely no manners. Please save yourself from ordering from this shithole place.

Pathetic service ; rude staff especially manager, Was not allowed to pay via district for booking made as per availability on district app, If they are not following flexibility w.r.t. bookings made via district then why are they on the app.

Pathetic service and food taste worst We went for breakfast and faced the worst experience. They don't know there is something called tea without sugar we had to order twice . Both times wrong order. Food felt like it was cooked last night

The worst food I had in this restaurant, Royal Train Cuisine serves food the same as Indian railways. Cold and tasteless. Plain Dosa was sweet in taste and the club sandwich was cold and again sweet. they served the worst food.

I ordered breakfast from here and it really was pathetic, it wasn't made with any sincerity, it tasted horrible and the Bhatura had hole in it. The packaging was also not appropriate.
