The interior was so amazing and the toilets were very clean. The food came very fast we didn't wait for a long time. all the items were very tasty and it was presented beautifully. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will surely visit this again and I suggest you to pay a visit here too .

I had last been to this restaurant in 2019 and at that time it was slightly above average. However in 2022 the overall experience was worse than what it was earlier. Sagar Ratna is supposed to have reasonably fast service however it took them 45 minutes to get a plate of idli and then another 15 minutes to get the South Indian thali. One would expect the food to be delightful or the ambience to be outstanding to justify the long waiting period but that was also not the case. The idlis were average at best and most preparation of Thali were stale and cold which left a very bad impression. One would rather visit any of the other restaurants adjacent to sagar ratna for a quick lunch. Very disappointing.

if I had a chance or option I would have given no stars to this restaurant....omggg sooo baddd..... cockroach just fall of from the ac, no maintainance, bad ambience and the worst part is we got an insect from soup, they didn't even change the name.....it's not sagar ratna anymore, they name a restaurant to appa and said it is sagar ratna......worst experience.

Very bad service. Ambience and air conditioning is very bad. Management and Staff are complacent, no response even on the blunt feedback. Seems like they are just dragging as long they can. Half of the menu not available so don’t keep your high hopes. Suggest to avoid.

It was a horrible experience there was cockroach on our table ,quality of crockery was really d- grade dosa was excessive salty,stuffing was tasteless and sambar was also not that great. Please try to improve your taste and quality and maintain some basic hygiene

I ordered idli - sambhar (fresh apparantly), paper masala dosa, rassam, and a coke. Coke was the tastiest and the most fresh thing on the table.
