What an absolute delight it was to dine at Sassy Canteen this evening. From the moment we walked in, everything—the ambience, the impeccable service, the exceptional quality, and the sheer variety of the menu—felt truly class apart. We indulged in some new dishes, each leaving a lasting impression: Spicy cheese dim sums with truffle oil— an exquisite burst of flavour, rich and indulgent, with every bite perfectly balanced. Gutti aloo— deeply savoury and aromatic; its fragrance transported us straight to the mountains. Chilli paneer — a dish often considered overrated, yet here it was reimagined beautifully. The paneer was incredibly fresh, delicately crisp, and remarkably light—without the heaviness of deep frying. A special mention to Adarsh, who attended to us with such warmth and grace—truly a delight. His attentiveness and charm elevated the entire experience. Equally commendable was Arun, the manager, who ensured everything ran seamlessly. An evening well spent, filled with flavours, finesse, and heartfelt hospitality. ✨

my experience at the sassy canteen was really good from the service to the taste of food everything was a top notch special mention to manipuri black rice sushi a must try on the menu. service people are really courteous and well behaved

Terrible terrible experience. They served us mutton kababs on veg platter and tried passing it off as zimikand kabab. When brought to notice, from senior management to the owners refuse to take onus and continued to call us wrong.Of the 12 dishes that were served,both veg and non veg, dear owner/ chef/ manager tell me, why would your regular vegetarian customer pick just this one particular dish as nonveg . To top it, rather than being apologetic about the whole affair, the management conveniently brushed off the whole issue. Not taking this lying down

Extremely disappointing experience at a place people rave about! Very inhospitable staff, specifically the managers! And so much of mismanagement. They don’t really care about the experience. At such exorbitant prices, the dishes were nothing but ordinary. Asian curry felt heavily Indianised. Gave a chance to the Indian curry which felt as if it were out of a ready to eat packet! No flavours at all! Very very basic and overhyped place no matter what people say. First and last time here.

I have ordered mushroom do pyaza. nd it's was so pathetic in taste,and when we complain about this ,there manager ask us to order some oriental dish.if you can't prepare something good then you should remove from your menu.Keep your menu with oriental dish.why do you kept north indian diahes.their roomli roti was like plain paratah.not expected from some high rated and hyped place like this.
