The food the ambience the hospitality , everything was up to the mark. We ordered Nalli Nihari, Butter chicken, Butter Naan and Rice. Nalli Nihari was okay okay, rest everything was 👌

HONEST REVIEW 🚨🚨Went there for a buffet on Saturday at dinner 8:00 PM. Service-: 8/10 Ambience-: 8/10 Food-: 7/10 Variety (Veg)-: 3/10 Value for Money-: 1/10 Food Taste is good. Variety is very very less, we got only 2 starters for paying 1350 per person for a buffet. Service was good. People were acknowledging our request and were fast as well. Overall for 1350/person it doesn’t qualifies as a great deal tbh. THIS RESTAURANT CAN BE SKIPPED if hadn’t dine here yet. We paid total 3000 after 50% off by Zomato dining booking!

OVERALL EXTREMELY POOR. THEY HAD BUFFET QUANTITY FOR NOT MORE THAN 20 pax and whereas no further Refills was done of the dishes. Dal was stale. Cutlery was not available- when asked for cutlery- the response was - Wash karke denge 😂😂

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Senses by Mercure, Lucknow, and it was honestly shocking given the reputation of the Mercure brand. The buffet, which is supposed to be the highlight, was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The buffet spread was extremely limited, with very few items on display. There was hardly any variety, and most of the dishes looked repetitive and uninspiring. For a place that charges a premium price, the menu felt more like a budget setup rather than a luxury hotel buffet. The quality of the food was even worse. Several items were bland, poorly cooked, and lacked freshness. Some dishes were either overcooked or completely tasteless, while others were served lukewarm, giving the impression that they had been sitting out for a long time. Presentation was below average, and nothing about the food felt appealing or well thought out. Service was equally underwhelming. Staff appeared indifferent and slow to respond, and refilling of food items was delayed, leaving empty counters for long periods. There was no effort to enhance the dining experience or address guest dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the money spent. This visit seriously damaged my perception of the Mercure brand. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they are expecting quality food, variety, and a pleasant buffet experience.

Worst experience They are actually loating people Everything worst 1200 for buffet worst I mean sooo disappointed Didn’t expect it from 4 star hotel N plus they served a cold drink of can print MRP of 40 n charged 250 something my point is y did u print that can if u want to charge your own price seen no where this

Despite instructions to the contrary vegetables preparation was too spicy and not eatable. Total waste of money as the service too was pathetic.
