The Ambience was very good and cozy. Pizza and Coffee was mind blowing, didn't like the Margherita Balls much. Was little too overcrowded but the staff was really helpful and engaging.

we had pizza , pasta and churros alongwith coffee idk when cafes will sweeten their coffees more rest everything was spectacular

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. there was hair found in my dish, the dessert was not fresh, the mac and cheese had a weird flavour. I was disappointed with this experience and the staff was rude to me. they taunted me every now and then and I don't think I can go back to this outlet. it is a shame that the h'ganj one is a really better one, but this posh Gomti Nagar was a terrible experience.

the staff was great! the service was good. photobooth experience was exactly why we went there. however the food really really disappointed us. the sidewalk in kanpur serves great food, but the pizza in lucknow was terrible. the brown sugar coffee was so dull the potato wedges were good but overpriced for just potatoes. overall, i would not like to visit again.

Very poor service, Even the pizza was burnt from side. Tea cake ordered by us wasn't served due to poor service where half the staff was chatting, talking between themselves instead of focusing on customer.
