10/10 would let Kulsoom dictate my life choices (or at least my lunch order). Walked into Sidewalk in Hazratganj looking for a decent bite, and walked out wondering if it’s socially acceptable to applaud a plate of Fish and Chips. Spoiler: the batter was so crispy and the fish so flaky that it practically deserved a standing ovation. Perfectly golden, zero sogginess, and genuinely delicious from the first bite to the last crumb. The real MVP of our table, though, was Kulsoom. If there were an Olympic event for being warm, polite, and effortlessly on top of things, she’d take home the gold. She brought the best energy, made sure our food arrived hot and fast, and checked in on us with the kind of genuine smile that makes good food taste even better. Great vibes, top-tier comfort food, and a massive shoutout to Kulsoom for making our visit such a treat. We’ll definitely be back—mostly for the fish, and definitely to say hi!

I celebrated my birthday today. the staff especially the lady named Kulsoom was very sweet and kind. Food was delicious and the ambience was great. highly recommended.
