I went to Renaissance Hotel yesterday with my family, the behaviour and service of the staff there was very bad, it has been an hour and I have not been given water even after ordering, very poor management, I will never go to this hotel again and will not ask anyone to go there, my experience was very bad.

Pathetic food, pizza was horrible, marinara sauce was sweet, base was stale and tight. There was no jalapenos in jalapeno poppers. Live music was noise pollution, decibels were way too high. Service was too slow, and the stewards were ignorant

The food is very bad and they served cold quesadillas and soggy and the service is delayed and after the food and drinks which we eat we both had a vomit when we came home the food is very bad.
