I am a regular customer at Skyhilton. I love the place, the devotee, the ambience, the staff, and everything else about it. The food menu has been revamped , which is good, but to my shock one of my favourite dishes has been removed, i.e, HONEY CHILLI POTATO. That's something very very very disappointing. It's one of the most popular party starters and more than that, I love ordering it too.

We have been regular visitors to Sky Hilton and have always enjoyed coming here, primarily because of its ambience, food and overall experience. However, our recent visit on 5th August, after a gap of nearly two months, was quite disappointing. Several of the dishes we regularly used to order, such as the platters and Mutton Nali, have now been removed from the menu. The mutton dish we ordered from the current menu was also not properly cooked, which was particularly disappointing. The service during our visit was also not up to the standard we had come to expect. On a positive note, we noticed that the song collection has been changed, which was a welcome improvement. It is unfortunate to say this as regular visitors, but the overall experience has changed considerably. Sky Hilton used to be one of our preferred places for gatherings, but after this experience, it seems it may be time for us to explore other options. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback constructively and work towards bringing back the quality and experience that made us regular visitors in the first place.
