Mid-level food. Ordered the Hyderabadi biryani, but the method of preparation was Awadhi. Seating arrangement is weird. Wouldn't recommend it for couples. No live music despite it being the USP of Tanatan everywhere. Instead, pre-recorded out-of-tune music was played. The staff is not mature enough to handle and take action on complaints.

Nonsense food and unbelievably incompetent service. Ordered a main course and got a starter instead—something even a basic kitchen should get right. The waiters were completely clueless and unapologetic, and to make it worse, the manager was called over and instead of fixing the issue, he actually defended the mistake. No accountability, no professionalism, just excuses. Absolutely pathetic experience from start to finish. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being served the wrong food and then blamed for it.

I wish I could give 0 Star. Served Old Chicken Tikka and Galawati Kebab was served Stale. I reviewed this thing over there also and we woke up just after tasting starters.
