food- 2/5 they served rotten chicken ( rum and whiskey chicken) cocktails and mocktails were okayish some were good and some bad also they served wrong food by mistake which is unprofessional they served cold brownie which was hard like brick, we asked to give another brownie staff were okay, but it can be a lot better

Yesterday was my third visit to TGIF and since opening up in February, the quality of the food has deteriorated so much. The taste was so bland almost as if the food was made by a child. The first two times I went to TGIF the experience was great but within a span of 4-5 months, they’ve reduced the quality so much. The mozzarella sticks had no mozzarella, the potato skins which was my favourite dish was bland. The chicken wings had undergone shrinkflation. The nachos were pathetic. I had ordered the creamy lemon crunchy shrimp pasta and there was nothing lemony about the pasta. Everything was just under seasoned, bland and almost tasted like hospital food. The first picture is from my experience yesterday and the second picture is when I first visited it. You can see the difference in the platter in both the pictures. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had of TGIF and mind you I’ve had TGIF in different cities and countries as well but the Lucknow one is the worst of them all. Please avoid this at all costs and just do me a favour and go to Chili’s.

A bad experience with extremely slow service and food not at par with TGIF standards. Took 40 mins for a burger order to be served which was burnt and the staff seemed confused and did not know what they were serving. The LIIT was just like a sweet mocktail and when pointed out , it was made a bit better . The staff needs to be trained better and the standards need to be improved if they want to justify the TGIf tag A lunch outing with family spoiled .

We visited TGI FRIDAYS on 10th July, with family Two family members had there sea food& rice bowl after which within a few hours both the people had food poisoning, we had to rush to the hospital!! Really pathetic of the restaurant to serve stale food and risk someone’s health.

Stale food, dry and extremely hard chicken as if reheated in microwave and served, horrible smelling chicken wings, LIT had zero alcohol and tasted like plain lemonade, total waste of money.
