Breakfast is very fresh and has perfect ingredients. Hazelnut cappuccino was outstanding. We were served by Nidhi who is very sweet and polite.

Ordered garlic bread which is okay and tried korean cheese bun which is just plain bun with some cheese, below average thing, americano iced coffee- didnt had coffee taste at all, I think it should have strong coffee flavour , tried fruit pastry which is fresh and taste good

Considering how popular this place is and how long it has been around, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff is incredibly unwelcoming and quite impolite, which really takes away from the overall vibe. On top of that, the service is painfully slow — they take ages to prepare the order, even for something as basic as French fries. Honestly, I’d much rather choose another place than deal with this kind of service again.

I ordered a mushroom paprika pizza but there was not a single mushroom topping on the whole pizza. unfortunately I got pizza packed for home otherwise I would have raised it then and there

It used to be a go to place for me, but now I am utterly disappointed with the service and food both. Staff has no idea what to do. Very bad experience and never going back again.
