Pathetic service and foolish behaviour, I ordered beer which was denied at start then accepted somehow later, when served out of 3 servings 2 was chilled and one was at room temperature. when we complained and asked for replacement, staff mixed crushed ice in it and reserved same, this kind of behaviour in such expensive is unacceptable. Not sure what else they might be doing to fool you, please avoid such kind of places they just think people are stupid and they can do anything they wish.

it's a review from 24 September 2023. worst place to go to. only because of pathetic management and staff at this place. *no menu for liquor, as it has gone for printing * very expensive liquor; charging 450 for Budweiser Magnum; and mind you the place ambience, crowd and location doesn't justify it * food is not as per standards * restaurant manager can better be called as an Excuse Manager or an Argument Manager. basically good for nothing staff * very noisy I came to know from the staff that Rabbat Gambit (Gomtinagar) is it's branch as well, which is way better than this place. it has better liquor pricing, very courteous and humble staff, proper menu, very nice food, and foremost all the staff right from guard to waiters have a manner and elegance to attend to customers. especially Tanmay at the Concept headquarters, everything is opposite. so it's better tohire a cab and visit Rabbat Gambit.

Either provide it to everyone or no one.. guys they don't treat customer equally as I went to this cafe in the afternoon as a 1st customer kind we asked for a thing which according to them they are not providing and then a group of boys came and now the same thing they were suggested so their are n number of cafes in Lucknow better than this who atleast treat customer equally not according to profit.

pathetic experience staff is really very unprofessional they don't provide any space to the customers standing over our heads to take the order and make every possible way to somehow increase the bill they want 2k bill anyhow worst experience till now my bday party was entirely ruined due to the staff

worst experience ever, we have organised a pre booked party but felt like waste of money, uncleaned washroom and there was no water in washroom, starter was served after lots of follow up and staff behavior was very bad they do not have manner to talk.

it was a very bad experience, staff are very unprofessional . service was very bad I'll mannered staff I have booked party for 50 people but there place is not that deserving to have parties
