The place is fabulous, the food is tasty and overall experience was superb. We were perhaps the first ones to eat on that particular day, while the staff was still prepping up, but they still managed to provide for some amazing food and service. Loved it thoroughly! I tried their veg shakshuka with cheese, highly recommend!

I tried their Chimichuri Chicken Burger, and I am in total bliss. Not one of the best, but the best that I have had. Kudos to chef Arvind for nailing the recipe. Hats off!

The Kisan Bazaar @Gomti Nagar Lucknow has an array of cafes and restaurants and The Fresh Factory has been one of the earliest cafe cum restaurant in the area. We ordered Pink Sauce Pasta and avocado toasts for foodies and also ordered subway style paneer grilled sandwich.The meal was ordered with beverages to wash it down.The ambience and decor were classy and the place has sustained footfalls over the years!!

We came to Fresh Factory after a few months today, because our last visit wasn’t the best. We love the place, so thought of giving it another shot. Ordered our favourite pesto guacamole toast, and were served stale pesto with a bitter aftertaste. You could taste the refrigeration in the food. Then tried to give it another chance and ordered the spaghetti burrata pesto and same bitter pesto. We ate it all, because we were very hungry, and we don’t waste food. Also, the sizzling chilli garlic prawns were amazing, no doubt. But overall, Fresh Factory is losing its appeal. The portions are getting smaller and the flavor is not consistent. Just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

The quality of the food has deteriorated drastically. The Service was pathetic. The Food had lost out on flavour which was once the forte of this restaurant. Complacency has set in. Not coming anytime soon

Ordered the three cheese ravioli, potato wedges, some coffees, and water. happy to say that the water was the best of all. The pasta tasted literally like feet. The cheese must've been rotten or something because there is no way something can taste so off. And the portion size for the price they charge is just too little. for that price any café in the whole city will serve you a quantity enough for at least two people. Literally three pieces of ravioli in a rotten sauce. Totally cold coffees. Lukewarm and overpriced potato wedged that were just your average McCain wedges with some peri peri powder. Ate the garlic bread with the sauce, acid around 1800 for the most disappointing meal of my lifetime so far. Never going back again.

They advertise that open at 9 am. We went past 9 am. Ghe place was smelling!! No Aor conditioning, no cleanliness! Looked as if they are just getting up. Pathetic ambience and poor responsiveness
