The ambience is good, I love the aroma of coffee in the cafe. Food is best, I tried their penne pink sauce pasta and it was very delicious. The Belgian mocha frappe was the best. Overall the best place to have a sip of great coffee . The service is good.

Superb desserts all around… especially the brownies, Nutella danish, and almond caramel crunch! And excellent coffee each time!

Went to the hazelnut factory Rohtas summit outlet, it was completely packed, cooling wasn't proper, so we didn't dine in, I had a takeaway order for Choclate cheesecake and Rainbow 🌈 pastry. Loved the sweetness level, which wasn't overwhelming. The taste was more than average, quality was good, freshness wise, so I will surely visit again to try other flavours!

ordered a cake from them and requested to send extra cherries and they did it. they made my birthday really special. cake was fresh and super yummy. highly recommend and thank you THF

Black Forest cake was not as good as we expected, We ordered cappuccino it took 20-25 minutes to serve. apart from the rest things were good.

We ordered for two Cheesecakes. One New York Cheesecake (Their very famous SO CALLED THF) and one Blueberry Cheesecake. The Blueberry Cheesecake was super yummy and fresh while the THF (New York Cheesecake) was ridiculously stale. It wasn't fresh. The cheese cream was hard and not good in taste. We called the manager who refused to accept that the cheesecake wasn't fresh. We wanted to return it or replace it with another cheesecake, but he refused it very rudely. We asked him to literally throw it in the dustbin. And not even once did he try to rectify the nonsense. It was really bad. Very bad hospitality. Very bad staff. Very bad management. Stale food ! Avoid this place.

I found a piece of kitchen slab wipes foam in my peach ice tea. This happened in the store at Phoenix Pallasio mall. Zero level of cleanliness. Disgusted and will Never visit again

I had pink sauce pasta at the outlet yesterday and today i got ill from food poisoning. I hope the quality of the food will improve in the future .

I stopped visiting there.... because they removed maggi from there menu....which was one of the best snacks there
