Recently tried their Grilled veg and cheese sandwich in Multigrain Panini which was served with Salad and Potato sticks, Cheese corn patties and Toffeenut Shake. The Shake was too sweet, Sandwich was nice, Potato sticks were side dish but it was Awesome and Patties was Okish. Overall a good place.

I visited the Hazratganj outlet today at around 11.30 AM, so well past opening time. They were pretty low on stock and staff were slow like snails. Their Baklavas were smelling and staff discouraged us to buy them as it was leftovers from previous days. We had gone looking for fresh Kunafa and Osh El Bul Bul. We finally compromised and landed on a Tiramisu and Banofee as takeaway along with a box of regular assorted baklava. Tiramisu was the hardest textured one I’ve ever eaten and Banofee took the dustbin route as it was spoiled, bananas were stale with rotten smell. I hope the Baklava turns out ok enough. Very disappointed with THF Hazratganj after visiting the Nirala Nagar branch so many times previously as a happy customer.

We tried there blueberry pastryand the seasonal matcha (strawberry). Chef kiss for pastry. The matcha was a total disappointment. It wasnt wisked well. You can feel the lumps in your drink. The server tried to compensate. Writing this review so other can save money or maybe get regular coffee.

THF दिन दूनी रात चौगुनी तरक़्क़ी कर रहा! पर कैसे? अपने कस्टमर को उबली हुई मधुमक्खी खिला कर। 4 April 2026 को मैं हेज़लनट पर वेज बर्गर मंगाया, वेज बर्गर में एक्स्ट्रा प्रोटीन ऐड करने के उद्देश से शायद उन्होंने मधुमक्खी उबाल कर दे दिए। मेरे द्वारा ऑब्जेक्शन करने पर इनके स्टाफ के लोगों ने भरपूर कोशिश की कैसे वो प्लेट हटा दे जल्दी। मेरे बार बार कहने पर ये लोग आकर कह रहे हो सकता है ये कोई चीज हो, और मुझे रिश्वत देने के लिए ये कहते हैं आप कुछ भी खा लीजिए पैसे मत पे करिए! मेरे बार बार कहने पर की आप बताइए ये कैसे आई होगी आपके खाने में। अपने कृत्य को introspection aur realisation करने के बजाय ये फ्री में खाना खिलाने में लगे थे। मैं बार baar मना करती रही कि ऐसे हरकत करके आप अपनी छवि और भी ज़्यादा ख़राब कर रहें। तो आपके जीवन का महत्व बस एक फ्री मील जितनी है। अगर आप वेज बर्गर की जगह उबली मधुमक्खी खा कर कोई एलर्जी या फ़ूड पॉइज़िंग हो जाती है तो इसका जवाब जाने कौन देगा। सोचने वाली बात है कि अगर इनके किचन में इस तरह की घटना हो रही है तो हम किस बात के पैसे इनको दे रहे? इतना महँगा बर्गर क्यों खाये अगर वेज बर्गर की जगह उबली हुई मधुमक्खी ही खानी है।

Worst experience! I tried farmhouse pizza, and blueberry pastries. Pizza was good but the pastries were worst in taste. Later next day i order dutch truffle and pine apple pastries from the same outlet both were even worst in taste. It taste like a medicine. Later I had a lose motions as well. I will not recommend anyone to order from THF ganj outlet. Worst experience!!!

Very poor service, waiting time for one starter item = 30 mins, total more than 1 hour for 3-4 items. Even though items are served at the counter, waiting takes 15 min to come amd attend the order. Very poor crowd management and staff potency.

It’s a beautiful yet stupid coffee place. Nowhere written that it’s self service. Neither any of the staff is competent starting from the one at the billing counter to the staff bringing the food. First and last visit for sure.
