After a long overnight travel I wanted to have a good breakfast and relax for a while. I checked nearest cafe near me and the experience in The Hazelnut Factory was amazing. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The food was great as well. I will definitely recommend this cafeteria

The mac n cheese was rich and creamy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the pizza had a deliciously satisfying flavor. Paired with a refreshing orange cooler, the entire meal was absolutely scrumptious and enjoyable

I ordered a burger but the bun was not fresh. It was well garnished, well served, well accompanied by snacks but the very important ingredient that is but it was not fresh so the flavours were not proper.

My friend and I used to have macchiato caldo there regularly in the evenings. But things changed when the menu was updated. They introduced two cup sizes for the coffee — regular and large. Funnily enough, the “large” cup was the same size as the original one, while the “regular” was noticeably smaller. Prices were hiked overnight by 35–40%, and since then, they’ve only kept increasing. Now, a macchiato costs around ₹255 — and honestly, I don’t even know what size the cup is anymore. It’s been over a year since I last went there. When they started in 2019, the place was fairly priced considering what they offered. But now, they’re just fooling people in the name of being “artisanal.” Nothing is particularly exceptional or on par with what you’d get internationally — and I say this as someone who studied in England. They present themselves as high-end, but even the sourdough doesn’t taste like proper sourdough, despite being sold at a premium. I used to buy their multigrain French baguette — it was affordable — and then one day, boom, they doubled the price. Even in the UK, prices aren’t this high. In India, many restaurants exploit the idea of “gourmet” or “artisanal” to overcharge, and this place is no different. It’s not even about this one place specifically — there’s just no value for money in general. That said, when they launched, they really did tick the right boxes — fairly priced menu, decent quality, and a great place to hang out. I understand that inflation has gone up in the last five years, but their pricing hasn’t just inflated — it has skyrocketed. Honestly, a simple black coffee should never cost ₹200 — that’s roughly £2 in the UK. It’s just taking advantage of people. Sorry for the lengthy review — just felt like sharing some memories from my time there. They used to know me well — I’ve been going there since the days Akash, Arqam, and a few others worked there. Not sure where they are now, but they all knew me well.

desserts are good.. they should sell only what they are good for.... no need to add cuisine they can't handle to serve perfect

Very disappointed with the service. The staff member named Ranjeet (Nirala nagar branch) brought the bill even though we hadn’t indicated we were done and I was planning to order more. It felt quite rude and unwelcoming. Even after I said I’d pay in some time, he came back again after 20 minutes asking for payment. Such behavior really spoils the dining experience.

Asked for 3 Expresso coffees for self & two accompanied persons.Horrible taste. Too much coffee liquer. It became sour, tasteless. Even poor roadside expresso plant maker makes better coffee.
