Been here for late lunch on 23-jan-2024. Great staffs - quite courteous. Nice ambience - clean premises. Guards maintaining traffic outside restaurant. Great food - amazimg taste. I ordered Butter Chicken and Mutton Do Pyaaza, both dishes were absolutely delicious! The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, while the mutton was tender and full of authentic Mughlai flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the food arrived fresh and hot.

I ordered Shammi kebab, Mutton Biriyani and Kheer. Each food gave different levels of experience. I can say that lucknow trip is incomplete without eating here.

We got here for lunch today and this place was just lacking when it came to the famous Lucknow hospitality. From something as simple as having no soap to wash our hands while entering, to keeping dirty dishes with bones etc right next to the entry door, the staff don't seem competent enough. We sat at the ground floor and heard a staff say 'why are they seated here?' . Paying customers don't need this. The staff had the most tired demeanor with absolutely no courtesies to follow. Their food was the saving grace, nothing to rave about but their assorted kebab platter was good, the galawati was the best.

I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. While the ambiance seemed inviting and pleasant, the service provided was simply pathetic. The waiters were unbelievably unprofessional and seemed to have forgotten their main duties, apart from placing the onion plate on the table at the beginning of our meal. It was as if they completely neglected the fact that they were supposed to take our orders and deliver the food to our table. They appeared disinterested and lacked basic attentiveness. No matter what we asked for, all we got in response was a mindless "okay" before they disappeared, hiding behind a wall of incompetence. I strongly advise against anyone dining at this establishment. Unless you have an abundance of time to spare, be prepared to wait for an excruciatingly long one and a half hours just to receive simple dishes like biryani or paratha. The inefficiency and lack of urgency displayed by the staff was beyond comprehension. Save yourself the frustration disappointment, and choose a different place to dine. This hotel clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction or professionalism in their service.

It's the worst restaurant in Lucknow. They provide worst service. I got there with lots of expectations but the food was very avage. I parceled a mutton biryani and chicken Kali mirch, but when I open the parcel it turned out they give me chicken biryani instead of mutton. even the biryani was not good in taste.I couldn't contact them. It was very very bad experience.. I got far better service and food in most of the famous restaurants in Lucknow.

Worst place to sit with a family. Was sent to the basement for a gathering of 14 people. The place stinks. Worst ambience. Food was pathetic, you can have far better food on streets of nakhkhas ameenabad. Will not suggest anyone to go with family, if they want to spend quality time. The main course was followed by started before we could even start. Had to pay 9000/- for such pathetic service.

Please just dont eat here. This is not the authentic kabab! Nowhere close to the tundays. The korma was full of spices that subdued its taste. Kabab korma both were extremely spicy. Biryani was pretty okayish. Hygiene was not maintained at all given it boasts of being a proper dining restaurant.

I've been a fond eater at dastarkhwan and this was my worst experience. Specially how people at the reception responded to my complaint. Would never step in dastarkhwan ever.
