We actually were there around 5:30 so obviously no que was there and we got seat,but what impressed me more was the food. The Malai Tikka chicken was top notch and loved it.

we were the last one to give the order for food. The manager switched off the AC it was only 11.15. If the restaurant couldn't serve us they must have refused us that we're closed. Why to welcome the customers and disrespect us.

Waiters trying to oversell is a big turn off. Continuously asking us to order something instead of listening to our order or requirements. Good ambience but needs exhaust fans installed , even one brownie or sizzler makes the complete area full of smell and smoke.

“Very poor and disappointing experience at The Posh Pouf Restaurant. We ordered Manchow Soup, but instead Peking Soup was served without informing or confirming with us. The Tandoori Soya Chaap was also extremely poor—the quantity was very less and the quality was pathetic. When we complained to the waiter about the wrong soup and poor-quality Tandoori Soya Chaap, instead of addressing the issue, his response was simply: ‘Yahan yehi milta hai.’ This kind of response to a genuine customer complaint is completely unacceptable. The Paneer Handi was completely tasteless, and the Butter Roti was of extremely poor quality. Overall, the food was far below expectations. Wrong order, poor quality, inadequate quantity, tasteless food, and an extremely careless attitude towards customer complaints. Despite paying a substantial bill, the experience was absolutely not worth the money. Highly disappointing. Definitely not recommended.”

One of the worst experiences I had with Posh Pouf, nobody bothered to see us, ordered soup , starters and main course, it took 2 hrs to serve everything, we came at 08:30 and left at 11:00. All food was cold and server was just running away from the table, I would recommend the owner not to take bookings if you can’t manage the crowd and orders. More than food it was an emotion which you guys destroyed. Thanks anyways, I know one customer will go nobody will be ever bothered.

Worst experience ever. I waited for over an hour for the paneer dish, but I had to leave without eating. You can visit whenever you have 2-3 hrs just for single dish.
