I ordered a cake through Zomato for my parents anniversary and they failed to write any message on the cake which was mentioned at the time of ordering cake.

taste is fine, not exceptional. staff is rude and very customer selctive. if your order value is small, they don't bother catering to you

Good taste but the staff is clueless and not courteous . They are unable to provide someting as basic as Rs 500 change.

you guys became so spent in business that you forgot even about the basics , where the fruits should be well checked ,I got a cake with loads of fungus on fruits. gomtinagar branch. Lucknow. Though they prepared everything with so much sophistication.thanks for your effort

cake is not good though it's a brand but cake quality and test is not good Even you did not gave any plates or spoon with the cake nither tissue paper what it the meaning of brand please order a cake of THF or Danbro and see what they give you with cake if we arder
