They served sizzler in a container with burnt food at the bottom and absolutely tasteless!! Felt like we had ordered food from outside.. everything mingled up.. this was not a sizzler!! Kebabs were better, service was slow

Maybe I came on a wrong day, but the restaurant was booked for an event. The guests were smoking in the restaurant area which made me uncomfortable as I'm not a smoker. To cater to the event attendees, the staff turned the lights off which looked even more strange. Maybe people like it, but since I'm not a smoker or drinker and I went in just for the restaurant part, the whole atmosphere didn't match with me

Yesterday was a very special day for me and my 5-year-old daughter. For the first time ever, we planned a girls' outing—just the two of us. We were excited to spend some quality time together and create memories that would stay with us forever, which is why we chose Tickled Pink. Upon arrival, we were informed that an event was taking place and that we would only be allowed to sit in the outdoor area. Since I didn't want to disappoint my daughter by taking her elsewhere, I agreed without any hesitation. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed that the outdoor seating was also the designated smoking area. Throughout our visit, people from inside kept coming out to smoke at nearby tables, making it quite uncomfortable, especially with a young child accompanying me. Noticing several vacant tables inside, I politely requested the staff to shift us indoors, explaining that we would be leaving shortly and would hardly occupy a table for another 30 minutes. My request was declined. Later, a staff member approached and asked if I would like to move inside as a table was becoming available. Naturally, I said yes and waited, but nobody returned to call us. The moment that affected me the most was when my daughter needed to use the washroom and hesitantly asked, "Mumma, will they allow us to go inside?" It broke my heart that a child felt restricted in a place where she was supposed to feel welcomed. When I eventually went inside with her, I noticed multiple tables lying vacant. Even at the dessert stage of our meal, I made one final request to be seated indoors, even in a corner. Unfortunately, that request was denied as well. The food was good, the service staff were courteous, and we even left a tip before leaving. But hospitality is not just about food—it's about making guests feel comfortable and valued. A little flexibility and empathy could have transformed a good evening into a truly unforgettable one. Thankfully, the evening remains special because of the beautiful time I spent with my daughter. However, I do feel that the restaurant missed an opportunity to make our first-ever mother-daughter outing even more memorable.

They were denying entry, saying we didn't pay cover charge, which we did via Zomato. They were asking for INR 2K cover charge unnecessarily when the booking was done and confirmed. After a lot of back and forth, they finally let us in giving us the worth possible table as if they were doing us a favour. Absolute worse place to visit.

Good ambience, aesthetic plating BUT WORST FOOD EVER , serving undercooked tasteless food in the name of fancy. not even close to the original taste. BIG NO NO if you know your food.
