The dough quality is good and the attention to toppings seasoning is also well taken care of. Avoid the shakes altogether though, (I ordered the Tiramisu shake, my bad!)

I ordered farm house pizza along with Americano. pizza was good and the coffee was also decent. The seating is a bit uncomfortable. would visit again though.

I have visited this place before, but unfortunately, today I had a very disappointing experience, particularly regarding hygiene. Although the table appeared clean on the surface, there was visible dust and dirt underneath it. What was even more shocking was finding insects and cockroaches inside the cutlery box. This is completely unexpected, especially from a place where customers trust the establishment for its quality and hygiene standards. I sincerely request the management to take this issue seriously and ensure that proper cleaning, sanitation, and pest control measures are maintained. We visit and trust your establishment expecting a certain standard of hygiene, and experiences like this can seriously affect that trust. I hope the management looks into this and takes corrective action. Unfortunately, based on today’s experience, I have to rate my visit as low as possible.

Very disappointing experience at Trucou's today. I visited with my friends and ordered two Iced Americanos. I’m a regular coffee drinker and know my coffee well, so I was quite surprised by the waiter’s response. Instead of simply taking the order, he mockingly asked me, “Pee paoge?” (Will you even be able to drink it?). The way he said it felt disrespectful and judgmental, especially in front of my friends. I felt genuinely embarrassed and ashamed at that moment. Everyone has different preferences, and customers should not be judged based on their appearance or what they choose to order. Staff behaviour plays a huge role in a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left me very disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The service was horrible and rude we were waiting for our last dish and we waited around half n hour then when we asked how more it will take the worker said we send it to other customer for Zomato , we asked you should have atleast informed us so we could have save our time also He spoke so rudely as if it was our fault First of all it’s their responsibility to inform whether the dish could be available or not and how could they send it to other Zomato orders and Atleast inform us about the inconvenience they did but that tooo is all rudely blamed on customers

Terrible service and a safety hazard! ❌ The service here is painfully slow, and the staff is incredibly unhelpful. We found a piece of metal wire in our Mac and Cheese, and the Drums of Heaven were served raw/uncooked. Despite the hype about their chef coming from the Oberoi Mumbai, the food quality is worse than a street stall. Absolutely do not recommend.

It’s a small, super average place with slow service. The food is okayish. The pizza which is called the highlight very less cheese and other food items are pretty average
