Foodies all over must have heard/visited the legendary Tunde Kababs of Lucknow. It remains a cult name and now in the age of bloggers/ reels it has become a tourist hub as well in the city of Nawaabs.Though there are other good kabab shops in Lucknow as well,no one can debate the popularity of Tunde. After long gap went to Tundey@Aminabad! Had the popula Mutton galwati kababs with Parathas which was usual good. Also ordered mutton korma which was good as well and was light!!

Having previously sampled the Tunday Kebabs at their Gurgaon branch (in Qutab Plaza), I had high expectations for the Lucknow original... The aroma alone of the Tunday Kebabs was enough to whet the appetite... Kebabs were exquisite, melting effortlessly on the tongue... You can enjoy the kebabs with roti or solo... The biryani, however, deserves particular mention... It was gently spiced and perfectly subtle... For me, the star dish of the dinner was the biryani (which we had after we came back from the restaurant)... These two delicacies are non-negotiable when in Lucknow

This old Tunday Kababi shop is located in Aminabad main market. It is famous for their Tunday Kababs. So we tried their: ✓ Tunday Gulawati Kabab - It was so good in taste and the kabab was so soft that it melted in mouth. Overall, the best place to have kababs. ✓ Mutton Qorma - 2 pieces were served in half plate and the mutton was so soft and juicy with thick gravy. ✓ Mughlai Parantha was average in taste. Quality - 5/5 Quantity - 4/5 Ambience - 3/5 Overall, the best place to have Kababs in Lucknow ✅ Recommended

Mughlai paratha was normal nothing special Rating:- 3/5 Price :- 15/piece 4. Chicken Biryani was par below average. It tasted like eating boiled rice with some chicken. Go out only if you want Galawati kabab and paratha not for anything else. Expanded their menu to so many dishes but loosing the quality which needs to be maintained now. Some waiters just go to get your food and become invisible for 20-25 minutes. You just keep waiting and waiting. No chutney is served until you ask for it with kababs. No salan, No chutney, no raita with Biryani. Biryani was okayish with too much oil. Please increase the staff members and seating area. No body is going to wait for 20-25 minutes for seats and then 20-25 minutes for the food. Please reduce the online orders if you can't cater both.

extremely salty food, basically just "Salt" based dishes. Chicken masala, mughlai parantha extremely salty and ugh! mutton kebabs okay. biryani also okay. main course- extremely bad!

It's located in the centre of a busy market which is crowded at all times. Very unhygienic. The food is cooked in the open attracting all sort of dirt and flies. Also, the kebabs were burnt on one side. Not cooked well on the inside. Very below average food. Not up to the mark. The only plus is that the food is available for a lesser price. So only if a person is looking for cheap food he might want to eat from here else there are too many better options available that offer tastier food, great location, better service and superb ambience.

I had bad experience of Waiting to give order and seating. Waiters don't know manners they talk to you indecently with so much attitude and nobody no staff care about customer standing and asking for help. I understand tunday kababi is a famous restaurant in Lucknow but so much bad attitude and arrogance is not good . First floor stinks near washroom no body bothers and people eat there helpless. Please look into this and do train your staff and learn to control crowd with respect and love🙏
