I'm giving 5 stars, I haven't visited, just can't anyone tell me that, My Birthday is coming up, if I make a reservation here, we are a group of 2 boys and 3 girls, we all are 16, will we be allowed?

I booked through the Dine In app and stayed until 12:00 midnight. The staff never informed me that for Dine In bookings, payment must be made before 12:00 AM. Later, they refused to accept the Dine In payment, even though the app showed payment was allowed till 5:00 AM. Very poor communication from the staff. This was a disappointing experience. Please be careful if you plan to visit. overall food & drinks are good 👍

Terrible Experience – Disrespectful Staff and Mismanagement We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this place, and I strongly urge others to stay away. We had made a reservation through Magicpin, which was confirmed. However, upon arrival, we were denied entry. Initially, the staff claimed we needed to pay a cover charge — something that was never communicated during the booking process. When we questioned this, one of the staff members (a bald man) suddenly accused us of being connected to a prior incident from two weeks ago. This was completely false — it was our first visit. When we calmly asked for proof or clarification, we were met with aggression and blatant disrespect. The staff were not only unprofessional but downright rude. What was especially disturbing was how that same staff member behaved toward one of our female friends — his conduct was inappropriate, aggressive, and made her feel unsafe. It was completely unacceptable. Despite trying to handle the situation politely, we were met with hostility at every turn. We have since filed a formal complaint, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you don’t want to risk being treated the same way.

It's my 6-7 time going to this place only cuz they serve cheap liquor best for only boys group cuz you can't take your female friends they won't feel safe 🤦🏻 and why's it still on zomato....🧐🧐 they don't take bookings via zomato🧐 nor do they take payments via zomato🧐 on the last page of the menu they wrote in a HUGE BOLD LETTERS EXTRA 10% will be added on the entire bill if you pay via zomato....😡😡 on the top they add tips why to pay tips they do not have trained professionals or something like that....their music sense is so bad....the best place to sit in the club "is to sit outside the club" in the open with no proper attention to the customers they haven't shared the last page on this zomato it's just they want presence.... please Zomato remove them form your application 🙏🏻🙏🏻

This is one of the worst places. Illegal activities happen here and the staff is extremely rude. One of the staff members, named Mr. Jamuna, stole our money when I and my friends went to the washroom. They serve drinks here and it is completely unsafe for girls. Illegal work is going on here and this place should definitely be reported.

The food was very disappointing today. Mushroom- too salty .. pasta undercooked.. and mocktail tasteless.. this is the first time we were served bad food here at Woodpecker.
