had a terrible delivery experience and food was totally wasteful. There were strands of hair and even some live bugs in food when asked about it they said showing the image of a very dirty pan saying that this looks like residue of early made dishes. So I questioned them again that do they don't even properly clean utensils before preparing another dish in the same pan or utensils.??..... Disappointed

Very atrocious experience. I wanted to pay through zomato gold(dining) as i had booked seats over there, but they were not allowing me to pay through zomato gold and moreover made me wait for 1hr for the order.
