we went to zaika for buffet breakfast and everthing in menu was really good we tried there chiken nihari with fluffy kulcha taste was ausum ...we tried almost everthing from south indian bara to pan cake and cheese omlette we loved everything ......best buffet breatfast in lucknow no doubt.

We were allotted a table next to the kitchen. Throughout the dining we experienced lot of noise felt like in a dhaba. Mutton korma lacked the old awadhi taste. Service wasn't prompt either. We had to call the waiter to serve dishes each time.

leaving Chinese....main course was not up to the mark ..... it could have been better n tastier especially kadai paneer....Their Chef can only knew wat he cooked .....

The food was average not up to mark. All the starters were served cold. We only liked the desserts and biryani.

I have been visiting Zaika for years now and the food has never disappointed. But yesterday, the experience was completely opposite. The food tasted so bad. We ordered sushi which was so hard and had mayonnaise drizzled on it. Nothing like sushi. We had to return the full plate. Also, the dahi kebabs were beyond palatable. They were full of oil, tasteless, and had no shape. Seemed they had just put some pieces of paneer together and have fried it. Only things okay were the dal makhani. We had also asked them to replace the fried noodles that come along with Peking soup as they were a bit raw/soggy. They took the noodles back but never came back with a fresh plate. The paneer and mixed veg was also below average. Overall a really bad experience. Zaika used to be my favourite but not anymore. Never going back to this restaurant.

pathetic service. took a booking while most of it was booked for a party and asked us to wait an hour while also holding tables under reservation for god knows who??? we insisted so they offered us get the buffet and we were already tired so accepted it and to our misery probably the worst mistake we made in a week as for most of the time we had to stand or awkwardly share a table with some of the idiots from whatever party they were hosting. i want my money back!!!
