Aman Chicken, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Market, Ludhiana is a well-regarded dining spot in Ludhiana, and our recent visit was mostly delightful. The Dal Makhani stood out as a highlight—rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Their signature Butter Chicken, although flavorful, was initially spicier than our liking. However, the chef was kind enough to adjust it to suit our palate, a gesture we appreciated. The Chicken Malai Tikka was the star of the meal for me, with its perfect blend of creamy and smoky flavors. Service was prompt and efficient, with a young, energetic team of waiters who were attentive and quick on their feet. It's clear that Hardeep and his team are doing a commendable job managing the place. The ambience is pleasant, and there’s ample parking available, which is a plus. Unfortunately, the surrounding market is quite dull and lacks vibrancy, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. In terms of cost, expect to spend around ₹500–600 per person, which is comparable to other establishments of similar caliber in the area. Aman Chicken is a solid choice for a casual outing with good food and great service. Recommended! Worst experience, we booked a table through Zomato by paying 100 rupees & the manager called and refused to take the booking from Zomato. He asked us to cancel the booking.
