Poor service zero taste ,food quality is realy bad ,service is to slow,they are waiting for customer to ask everything so then they servve,not all option in menu are served,main course took 1 hour to be grt ready and then still only 5 items available,quality off sweet is too bad they are jot fress prepared,after all this poor service they are adding 450 rs service charge in the bill.and also price of buffet show on zomate is different they are charging 200 more than listed price.third calss buffet and service please shut down your restaurant if you are not want to serve customer properly.

The buffet was not ready (2 pm) . The food variety was not as per expectation given the fact that there are a number of similar places at Ludhiana offering many options at lower cost. Also the food quality needs improvement.

The service was very bad and late we have to wait for half an hour for our food and the items in menu was not there and they have written extra items but staff was good and polite but not that good at service
