We wandered in on a pleasant winter evening to satisfy hunger pangs after an early winter lunch. We arrived at the overcrowded Dugri Market at around 1800 hours and found some parking space under a jamun tree on one corner of the market. After a brisk walk, we decided to order a couple of warm gulab jamuns... The restaurant was about half full, we immediately picked up our mouth-watering gulab jamuns and proceeded to a corner seat... The lighting was adequate, the restaurant was decorated with red and white balloons keeping in view the festive season. The size of the gulab jamuns was appropriate and the helpings of the syrup were generous. The staff was well mannered, polite, face masks were on. There was a sanitizing station also placed at one corner of the restaurant keeping in mind the omnipresent threat of Omicron. As we had a delicious meal awaiting us at home prepared with a lot of love and affection by my mother, we decided to head back immediately without piling on more calories... A great experience, would definitely come back soon and would rightly recommend it for a meal/desert with family, friends, business lunch.

Dear Basant Dugri, I am Regular Customer of Your Restaurant. I used to Order CHICKEN BIRYANI & CHICKEN TIKKA alottt But Everytime the Quality of Food I got is Very Very BAD rather I should say It was WORST... For Example-A few Days Back CHK BIRYANI I got was Full of Green Chillies & Ginger, PLUS Today the Quality of CHICKEN in CHK TIKKA was Worst. I was not able to Chew CHICKEN Pieces, it was like Rubber Because the CHICKEN you have used was Not Fresh. Being a Brand yours Taste of Food should be Same Everytime But in My Case in My Every Order the Taste of CHK Biryani & Tikka is always Different always Changed from Previous Order. So from Now Onwards I will Never Ever ORDER anything from Your Restaurant, I am Done with you.

Had a worst of family dinner in Feb2022... When u hear BASANT... there is a trust but This outlet is bringing direpute to BASANT brand... Cheese chilly was horrible. Pizza was worse than roadside outlet. Main course was equally Bad... with each dish in competition for being flavourless. Chana masala finally was winner for being most disgusting of all (who put gravy in chana masala?) To top it all... Embarrassment was served while check out, when Waiter shamelessly demanded for increase in tip citing they are n number of them...like we hired full staff for our table only !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !

Ordered chicken gravy noodles at 9.53 pm and waited for an hour for the order to get delivered still didn’t got the order and at 10.54 they cancelled the order saying that they don’t have any delivery partner to deliver the order and if they can’t deliver the order they shouldn’t have accepted the order at first place.. very disappointing

I bought Basant special pizza today, trust me it was too bad, tastes worst, they have added only tomoto and capsicum with cheese, Base was too think, that even stray dogs won't eat it, it was a horrible experience

This restaurant food is just waste of money and mood. You can't depend on this restaurant . We feel like fools who order food from them

Ordered ice cream and burgers, only burgers arrived and restaurant is inapproachable. Very bad experience
