We love coming to Bira. The food is yummy and the beer is fresh. The staff is so helpful and kind - a special thank you to Sajil for always being so nice!! Definitely recommend as a great spot to catch up with friends (especially during the IPL)!!

Bloody Nonsense. What a pathetic experience we had when visited last night. They made sat near the door and I was smelly like a Urinal pot. Then upon asking, they shifted us to another one, but the smell was still there. The. We ordered "Chicken Nachos" the dish came with raw nachos, sprayed with "Raw onion & tomatoes + some type of white sauce, with no cheese or chicken melt". We complained to the waiter about the same and "adamantly" he said "Humare to sare aise hi bante hain nachos" . In the non-platter, they served ready to cook packed kebabs, boneless chicken. Go there only for beer, not food please.

The food was not at a level point. It was disgusting. Also the staff is not well mannered. There was a offer which had beer tower with free pizza and 1+1 beer but the staff rudely said that it was not valid if the payment was done from zomato dining or third party. It was very bad experience with you and this restaurant. I hope you will compensate me to bear such a bad experience with you and this restaurant

Rude Staff Bad service I was forced to pay service charges , even though it was like 5% but u don’t force someone to pay service charges it is illegal in India When I confronted them about it I was told that it’s our policy and we’ve placed a board for it ! How pathetic!!

went once...the potion of food was disappointing and was the worst i have seen , the management has no clue how to handle the guests. Felt like they are doing a favor by serving you. Never coming back and i think they dont even care.

Beer was too expensive costing 3500 for a 2.5litre tower is too much. Food had no flavour and portion size was too less. Veg flatbread, nachos were not good and pasta arabiata was the worst and tasted like tomato soup.

Bill is overcharged than the menu uploaded Almost 800 difference we have the menu screenshot and the bill charged we are going to report this to concerned govt department
