A place with multiple seating options, extensive menu, nice decor and vibe. Went for lunch here. Tried different types of fries, sour dough wood fire pizzas along with noodles and crispy corn. The portion size was good and so was the taste. Overall a very nice contemporary dining experience.

This is one kind of place in Ludhiana. The consistency of all over things is always the same. I love the ambiance, food, and service. Exceptional experience.

Delivery of quality from more than a decade , can’t ask for a better service . One of the best in Ludhiana .the best is the choco lava cake .

I visited this place for breakfast, but the menu didn’t offer many options for it. Ended up ordering a burrito bowl, which was quite average—not particularly flavorful or memorable. For dessert, I tried the churros, which were decent but nothing special. Overall, the experience was okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

Had great expectations when went there on 9th of August 2024, along with cousins who came over from City Beautiful. Having been to their outlet @ Pakhowal Road numerous times, it was our second visit to the South city joint. The ambiance was plush & the fare was delectable. However, our overall experience was ruined by their untrained , disdainful & frost serving staff, who seemed to have been awakened from slumber & were doing their jobs unwillingly. Lacking basic courtesy & manners, it was observed they were more engaged in personal chit chats with their colleagues which were loud enough, rather than serving the clients. They rush you through the order & wanted the patrons to finish the meal & leave as early as possible. We were only half way through soups & starters, when the waiter un regretfully brought the drinks & main course, though specifically asked to bring them later. They made us to leave with in 30 minutes by rushing the food with hurried service. I think they have been instructed like wise, to maximum the revenue by serving more & more client with the dining time frame,which I think would be counter productive & may eventually lead to their downfall. Would not recommend to anyone, who considers dining out an experience, rather than just eating the food.

service delivery system at the restaurant is very poor. the staff members took way too much of a time to deliver our orders and that too on constant reminders.
