Ambience is very nice . Service was also upto the mark But i have the issue with food , the quality is not that good specially their paneer is so so hard that we are unable to chew it but the gravy they have prepared was good.

I was charged 1750 for single serve of long Island ice tea. They don't even have it listed in the menu. Other drinks were like 700 to 900 so I assumed that LIIT would be in the same range too but they charged double for it. This shouldn't be this expensive.

Booked a table fr saturday night by paying advance payment for 3 couples , on reaching there was denied entry by Mr. VINOD . THAT GUY MR VINOD WAS WAY TOO RUDE EVEN AFTER PRESENTING ADVANCE PAYMENT VOUCHER HE DENIED ENTRY TO US . INSTEAD HE STATRED ARGUING WITH US AND ALSO STARTED ARGUING WITH HIS OWN COLLEUGES . THEN WE GOT ENTRY ON OUR OTHER FRIENDS TABLE WHO WERE ALREADY INSIDE . THEY DIDNOT EVEN REDEEMED OUR ADVANCE PAYMENT VOUCHER IN ALL THIS HUSTLE. HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN AFTER MAKING PRIOR BOOKING WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT, This is how they treat their guests and This Guy Vinod he is totally unethical and unprofessional. ELGIN LUDHIANA PLZ SEE TO IT ... u guys have got good property but staff like these will ruin your reputation.

Booked a table 45 mins prior to our arrival..When we arrived they rejected us by saying there was no booking under our name Then when we pressed them for our booking they came up with a last minute excuse that we are not in proper dress code while the other customers were walking in the same dress as mine…0/10 would not recommend untrained + rude staff

We reserved a table at the so called 'posh' cafe however the staff refused the reservation when we reached the place. Then the staff said there was a no 'pajama' policy however when asked where was the policy stated they didn't have any proof of the same. Just after that a man walked through the gate in kurta pajama and sandals. Scandalous cafe

Too arrogant. Just called for booking a table & was insulted by the receptionist. My family was with me & all of us had the same feeling. An overrated place & should be avoided in my opinion
