service is sooo slow. no ones bothered to attend the tables. even a normal johnie walker 60ml took 15 mins to serve..so u can imagine how was the service for food

I recently dined at [Finch], and while I was looking forward to a nice meal, the experience was far from relaxing. The music was blaring at such a high volume that it was impossible to have a normal conversation with anyone at the table. We found ourselves shouting just to be heard, which was stressful and made the entire meal uncomfortable. While the food was decent, the atmosphere is a huge factor in enjoying a dining experience, and the overpowering music ruined it. We even asked our server if the volume could be lowered, but it seemed that’s just the standard level here. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a meal and chat with friends or family, I’d recommend somewhere else. Sadly, the noise level made it hard to appreciate what could have otherwise been an enjoyable evening.

We recently dined here and had a disappointing experience—not because of the food, but due to the lack of basic empathy. We had ordered a few items and ended up with 3 leftover pizza slices. We simply requested the staff to pack them so we could give them to someone in need outside. Unfortunately, we were refused, with the reason being that our booking was through Zomato Dine-In. This was quite surprising and disheartening. We’ve never faced such an issue before—neither here nor at other places. Preventing food from being wasted should be a priority and allowing someone less fortunate to benefit from it is a small but meaningful act. Policies are important, but humanity should come first. Hope the management reconsiders such rules in the future.

Though no doubt ambience is awesome. But service is too lethargic. We went yesterday (Monday), there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. But still it took forever to serve food and drinks. Even 60 ml liquor refil took 20-30 minutes to refil. Never visiting again
