I have not had better coffee, ice tea, salad and crossaint in Ludhiana. The food and beverage standard is way above other cafes. A must visit

After spending 2 hours in the cafe, I was abruptly asked to leave because my table was "reserved" for a regular customer. No alternative seating was offered, despite half the tables being empty. I guess they don’t need new regulars lol

Honestly, i consider myself to have a decent knowledge about coffee, and from the online reviews thought that this would be a great place to try. Boy was i wrong, the coffee was terrible, had a hot americano, was boiling and also the most mid coffee ever tasted. It was served boiling with a leaking cup. Long way to go guys.

Disappointing Service Overshadows Tasty Food Despite the delicious flavors of the dishes, the overall experience at Getta Brew left much to be desired. Our request for a pizza without mushrooms was disregarded, resulting in a frustrating exchange with the staff. When asked for a replacement, the initial response was unsatisfactory, with the staff only offering to remove the mushrooms rather than replace the entire pizza. Only after insisting did they agree to provide a new one, albeit reluctantly. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza was unexpectedly spicy, far beyond what we had experienced in previous visits. It felt as though the kitchen deliberately intensified the spice level. This inconsistency was disappointing, especially considering that my family had enjoyed the same pizza on prior occasions without encountering such excessive heat. In summary, while the food itself was tasty, the subpar service and inconsistency in dish preparation detracted significantly from the overall dining experience.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order that included pizza and Chicken Bruschetta. The pizza, priced at Rs 545, appeared to be prepared using a pre-made base, which was disappointing. Bruschetta was average too.

you should close your cafe permanently, the worst cafe I have ever seen in my life, their food quality is very poor, packaging of food too bad, poor staff.
